Position Overview:

Reporting to the VP, Talent, The Senior Manager of Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic Human Resources leader responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise-wide talent strategies that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive a high-performance culture.

This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and leadership capacity to achieve current and future business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management Strategy


* Lead an integrated talent management framework encompassing succession planning, performance management, high-potential identification, career pathing, and internal mobility for the organization including training of leaders at the N-2 level and below on new features of talent management platform.


* Ensure consistent calibration standards across regions and functions to strengthen talent decision quality.


* Partner with leadership to identify critical roles and build robust succession plans aligned to business continuity and growth strategies.


* Lead enterprise-wide talent reviews and cross-functional calibration processes, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.


* Establish and monitor talent metrics to inform workforce decisions.

Learning & Development Leadership


* In partnership with the VP, Talent, design and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
