Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.

We are a resident-centered skilled nursing facility focused on high-quality care, teamwork, and positive patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team


* Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately


* Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate


* Promote safe swallowing practices and effective communication strategies

Job Requirements


* Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)


* Strong communication and documentation skills


* Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
