Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will:


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulations


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team


* Accurately document care and resident status


* Respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations


* Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-focused environment

Job Requirements


* Active California LVN license (required)


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (not required)


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care


* Ability to work weekend shifts consistently
