STNA- PRN/PART TIME

* Patient Care:
+ Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
+ Provide personal care, including oral hygiene and making the patient comfortable at their bedside.
+ Support patient mobility by helping with transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises.


* Health Monitoring and Recording:
+ Measure and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
+ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
+ Document patient care, condition, and progress accurately.


* Support and Environment:
+ Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
+ Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment for residents.
+ Assist other STNAs and nurses as directed.


* Nutrition and Hydration:
+ Serve meals and snacks and assist with ensuring nutritional needs are met.
+ Monitor food and fluid intake as needed

Requirements: Must have a current and valid STNA license in Ohio
