Join our dynamic Manufacturing Quality team and drive excellence in product quality! We're seeking a passionate Senior Quality Assurance Professional to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations.

What will you do:

+ Lead the electrical testing process to ensure all products comply with applicable ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL and NOM standards.

+ Supervise electrical testers, manage escalations, solve barriers and ensure full adherence to testing procedures.

+ Create, manage and maintain electrical testing documentation to ensure traceability and quality control.

+ Conduct and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, demonstrating product functionality and compliance.

+ Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements in low- and medium-voltage environments.

+ Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other improvement tools.

+ Lead Process Audits and FMEA analysis to ensure safe and reliable operations.

+ Support activities related to ISO-based Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).

+ Exercise authority to stop unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, equipment with unacceptable risk, or processes compromising safety.

What will make you successful:

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

+ Experience in electrical testing for LV and MV products.

+ Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC and NOM standards.

+ Experience leading technical teams in a production or testing environment.

+ Strong communication, teamwork, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience using electrical test equipment across low and medium voltage applications.

+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.

+ Advanced English proficiency.

+ Ability to manage audits, FATs, documentation, and customer-facing activities.
