Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of ten years' experience in related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two or more years' experience leading and managing technology and business process teams and projects.

Experience working with multiple levels of business leaders and business sensitive information.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience related to the technical structure, requirements, and maintenance of SharePoint development, administration, security, related components and environments.

Previous manager experience preferred.

Management/Decision Making

Uses experience to develop appropriate communications strategies and create guidelines and procedures for varied decision making within a department.

Uses sound judgment and experience to solve complex problems based on precedent, example, ...
