We are currently seeking a full time BMC Remedy Developer.
This resource needs to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision to support the implementation of BMC Remedy ITSM, CMDB, SmartIT, SmartReporting, BWF, and DWP.
This effort will include deployment of the out of the box applications with simple to complex modifications and integrations.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in requirements analysis with business users to ascertain needed functionality
* Assist in functional design with the application team to determine the best approach for implementing customer requirements
* Develop customizations, configurations, integrations according to design
* Design and assist with leveled testing (unit, regression, smoke, user) of application customizations and integrations
* Utilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree is a plus, preferably in Computer Science, MIS or CIS
* 10 years experience in Information Technology, specific to application development is required
* 5 years experience developing in BMC Remedy Action Request System is required
