US Service & Delivery Team Lead - Vice President

As the US Asset Management Operations Service Delivery Team Lead, you will serve as a vital resource for Asset Management Operations, the front office and client-facing stakeholders.
You will act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations.
Job responsibilities
* Lead the US RIO Service & Delivery Team
* Provide comprehensive trade flow support across all global product channels
* Monitor and address ongoing support needs to manage changes and close gaps
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk throughout the trade process
* Manage governance and oversight change projects
* Facilitate training sessions for new application users
* Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to set priorities and plan releases
* Define requirements for future enhancements and new products
* Respond to ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office teams
* Validate invoices from the Administration Agreement provider
* Provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Broad interest in the financial services industry
* Commercially astute
* In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies 2
* Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently
* A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism
* Attention to detail with good written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business
* Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree
