Job Description:
* The AI Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions, fostering collaboration, and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
They act as a bridge between leadership and the technical team, focusing on execution, people development, and process excellence.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & People Management
* Build and maintain a high-performing team culture.
* Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide career development guidance.
* Manage workload distribution, resolve conflicts, and ensure team well-being.
Project Planning & Delivery
* Translate business objectives into clear technical goals and milestones.
* Own project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Ensure on-time delivery of features with quality and compliance.
Technical Oversight
* Collaborate with Architects and Leads to ensure design alignment.
* Review technical decisions for feasibility, scalability, and security.
* Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Stakeholder Communication
* Act as the primary point of contact for leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Provide status updates, progress reports, and manage expectations.
* Escalate risks proactively and propose mitigation strategies.
Process & Governance
* Implement Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and team productivity.
Budget & Resource Management
* Forecast resource needs and manage hiring plans.
* Optimize costs for infrastructure, tools, and team operations.
* Ensure efficient utilization of team capacity and tools.
Innovation & Growth
* Encourage upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team.
* Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
* Contribute to strategic planning for future capabilities.
