Manage/administer company-sponsored employee benefit plans, as assigned, as well as their applicable policies and procedures.

Partner with other team members to align benefit strategy/plan initiatives with business goals and Total Rewards objectives/plan administration.

- Any proven management/leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in the administration of employee benefit plans
- Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Independent decision-making abilities
- Excellent follow-up and follow through skills
- Excellent attention to detail
