Nursing Assistant - Home Health

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day/Evening shift, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends.

You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications



* Graduate from an approved training program and competency through the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Licenses & Certifications



* CPR certification required and recertification every two years.

* Valid State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.

* Initial Certification for CNA.
