Deparment: Marketing Communications

Mission


* The primary role of the Marketing Communications intern is to assist the Cluster Marketing & Communications Director and local Marketing Communications Managers with extending Schneider Electric's measured awareness, share of voice and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior "self-correcting" communications to targeted markets using all available and appropriate media.


* This position is supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all Schneider businesses and local markets.

Further overall responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to Schneider Electric's commercial objectives.

Area of Responsibilities

Content Creation:


* Collaborate with MarCom Manager to create a content strategy and calendar for the assigned baskets


* Develop content for various formats and platforms, including website, social media, gated content, and video content


* Identify opportunities for repurposing content and scaling the process

Content Management and Distribution:


* Maintain the editorial calendar of assigned baskets


* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content strictly meets Brand guidelines


* Distribute content across all marketing channels

Event Organization:


* Assisting in coordinating diverse internal and external events, including creating tailored


* written content and designs, managing vendors, payment and more.



* Senior student or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage)


* Experience in working in local communications group, including agency is a plus


* Public relations, e-commerce and trade marketing experiences are advantages.


* Interested in technical products and solutions.


* Strong interpersonal and social skills


* Good written and spoken English


* Willing to work in a multifunction team and able to work with other global teams


* Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement


* Design skill is a plus
