Facility: PREMIER Bankcard
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Status: 90-day internship

About the Internship
The legal internship supports in‑house counsel through research on banking, consumer finance, and state law issues, while assisting with drafting and organizing legal guidance materials.

The intern will also help with administrative and project‑based tasks to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Legal Department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 


* Support in‑house counsel with legal research on banking, consumer finance, and state law matters impacting financial institutions


* Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal research materials and internal guidance materials


* Perform administrative and project‑based tasks to support day‑to‑day operations of the Legal Department

Skills and Qualifications


* Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education through an accredited law school


* Applicant should have completed one full year of law school


* Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office products


* Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
