LVN Job Responsibilities:


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Manage care for residents with acute and chronic needs


* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)


* Maintain accurate electronic documentation


* Use critical thinking and make independent care decisions


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Who We're Looking For:


* Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a current California license

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
