Carrier Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


* Manage and resolve customer disputes, including billing, service, and contract issues


* Generate and present Customer Scorecards for quarterly business review (QBR) meetings, highlighting performance, opportunities, and feedback


* Drive renewals and retention of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities


* Perform account maintenance tasks, such as updating tax forms, building lists, rate cards, and contact information


* Handle customer escalations, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and complaints


* Provide pre-sale support for large deals and RFPs, collaborating with the sales team and providing relevant information and documentation

Qualifications and Skills


* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field experience


* At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in the telecommunications industry


* Strong knowledge of carrier services, products, and contracts


* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


* Customer-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and billing systems
