Compensation: $ 55.00 -$ 65.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities



* Individualized Care: Evaluate residents and design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to short-term rehab and long-term care goals.


* Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality therapy sessions that focus on restoring mobility, strength, and independence.


* Collaborative Planning: Work alongside the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident quality of life and participate in care conferences.


* Mentorship: Assist in the supervision of PTAs and provide education to nursing staff regarding safe mobility and restorative care.


* Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough evaluations and daily notes in accordance with California state standards.

Qualifications



* Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of California.
