Key Responsibilities



* Clinical Assessment: Evaluate resident needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to restore mobility and independence.


* Patient-Centered Care: Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician-approved plans.


* Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with nursing, speech, and occupational therapy teams to provide a holistic approach to rehabilitation.


* Leadership: Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and contribute to the training of restorative staff.
