Key Responsibilities



* Resident Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and hygiene, while ensuring their dignity and comfort.


* Clinical Support: Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident observations to ensure timely care.


* Care Plan Implementation: Deliver personalized care based on individual resident needs and physician-directed care plans.


* Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with nursing and therapy staff to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for everyone.
