As Quantitative Analytics Director on the Point-of-Sale Capabilities team, you will lead a team of analysts dedicated to preventing transactional fraud on Chase Credit and Debit Cards.

You will drive the development of advanced fraud controls, leveraging big data, machine learning, and innovative analytic techniques.

The role requires collaboration with Product, Operations, IT, and Risk Management to deliver effective fraud mitigation capabilities.

* Lead and coach a team of quantitative analysts focused on Point-of-Sale fraud tools and capabilities


* Manage the full Point-of-Sale Fraud capabilities function, identifying and executing improvement opportunities


* Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models to prevent transactional fraud on Chase Credit and Debit Cards


* Collaborate with Product, Operations, IT, and Risk Management to drive fraud-based design and support key initiatives
