Your Role: Finance Manager

Reporting to CFO, Canada & Aqua, Finance Manager Canada is responsible to drive all financial planning, forecasting and reporting (FP&A) deliverables.

(S)he is also supporting CFO to drive the financial results delivery, for entire P&L as well as pricing.

Your Responsibilities:


* Lead planning and forecasting by driving the local business plan in alignment with IBU and corporate processes, while overseeing all technical inputs managed by the IAC.


* Manage reporting and analytics, including month-end close activities, timely management reporting, scorecard governance, and internal review processes such as MBRs and sales reviews.


* Monitor performance and operational execution of financial plans, providing data-driven insights and business cases on OpEx investments, marketing ROI trade-offs, pricing decisions, and rebate program impacts.


* Oversee pricing and rebate strategy, coaching the Pricing & Rebates Analyst, leading governance processes, tracking pricing deviations, and preparing business cases required for IBU approvals.


* Partner with the Affiliate CFO and leadership to design, refine, and implement pricing, G2N, and financial strategies that maximize business results.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher


* Experienced finance professional with 5+ years in finance, strong accounting foundations (US GAAP preferred), and deep knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analytical systems.


* Proven leadership and influence, including 2+ years in leadership roles with a demonstrated ability to shape business decisions through data-driven insights and strong execution.


* Strong communicator with excellent English language skills and well-developed presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration capabilities.

* MBA/CMA designation or equivalent
