Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Helping Seniors Speak, Smile & Thrive!

What You'll Do:


* Evaluate, plan, and implement speech and language therapy programs for residents


* Help residents improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills


* Encourage, motivate, and celebrate progress—big or small!


* Collaborate with our therapy team, nursing staff, and families


* Make therapy fun, engaging, and tailored to each resident's needs

Who You Are:


* Licensed/Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)


* Compassionate, patient, and upbeat—your energy inspires residents


* Enjoys working as part of a team and connecting with seniors


* Experience in geriatrics or rehab is a plus, but empathy and creativity are key
