We're looking for a Unit Manager (RN or LPN) who loves long-term care, leads with heart ❤️, and knows how to keep a unit running smoothly.

🧠 What We're Looking For:


* RN or LPN license (active & in good standing)


* Long-Term Care experience required


* Strong leadership and communication skills


* Ability to mentor staff and promote teamwork 🤝


* Passion for quality care and resident-centered service

* Oversee daily clinical operations of your unit


* Support and guide nursing staff


* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
