We are seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to join our team and help enhance the quality of life for our residents through engaging and meaningful activities.

Schedule:


* Full-Time


* Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:


* Assist with planning, organizing, and leading group and one-on-one activities


* Encourage resident participation while respecting individual interests and abilities


* Support special events, parties, and holiday celebrations


* Document activity participation per facility policy


* Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and care team


* Maintain a positive, energetic, and compassionate environment

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare/long-term care setting preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Creative, patient, and reliable


* Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed
