Project Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our clients team in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Take overall responsibility for project cost, schedule and budget management


* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth project execution


* Lead client meetings and other required project coordination meetings


* Monitor and report on factors affecting construction costs and prepare data-driven analyses and recommendations


* Review and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project parties


* Review and approve invoices, payment applications and retention payments


* Manage the project handover process to the client, including final documentation, warranties and final deliveries

Requirements:

Relevant educational background suitable for the role
Strong commercial acumen with solid expertise in project finance and cost management
10 years of experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven experience in team leadership, subcontractor management and coordination of multidisciplinary project teams
English language skills
