Job Summary
Leads the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the bureau/department's critical systems and applications.
Manages the design, development, and support of departmental systems, proactively directing the evaluation and analysis of operational issues related to software, data tools, and infrastructure.
Develops and formalizes internal system policies, procedures, and reporting, while also collaborating with senior leadership on project status and change management.
Aligns resources (facilities, technology, staffing, logistics) with departmental priorities to
ensure successful system operations and strategic goal achievement.
This position is Actively Recruited and At Will.
Minimum Qualifications
* Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
* Five (5) years of information technology, systems operations, analytics, or directly related experience is required.
* Three (3) years of prior supervisory experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 3 years' experience managing a Facilities Management Central Maintenance System (CMMS), including work loading and assignment, with the ability to analyze CMMS data and produce reports is preferred.
* Experience with Tririga SME is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
* Skill in troubleshooting and initiating repair services for a range of IT equipment (terminals, modems, servers, data communications).
Proficient in completing documentation for system operations, help desk logs, and performing/monitoring routine tasks like backups.
