Behavioral Health Services Supervisor - BHSA Administration, Riverside, CA
The Behavioral Health Services Supervisor will oversee and coordinate administrative functions within the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Administration unit, serving as a key liaison for all components of the BHSA Integrated Plan.

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of Early Intervention services and programs outlined in the BHSA-approved plan.

The Supervisor will provide expert consultation on BHSA regulations to ensure compliance across programs, improve system integration through shared understanding of regulations, and support the development and submission of the Integrated Plan by gathering and analyzing required information throughout the year.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring Early Intervention contracts, providing technical assistance, and recommending operational improvements to maximize service delivery.

The role involves assessing community needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and developing or modifying programs within agency guidelines.

The Supervisor will manage a team that includes Staff Development Officers, Social Service Planners, an Office Assistant, and a Clinical Therapist, ensuring collaboration and high-quality service delivery.

This position requires fieldwork and driving, operates on a 9/80 schedule, and is based at the Rustin Conference Center in Riverside, CA.

* Are Licensed professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)


* Have a minimum of two years post-licensure experience


* Have strong computer and organizational skills


* Have supervisory/lead experience

For this recruitment, the position is eligible for a 10% DTR differential that is applied to hours physically worked.
