Associate Experience Manager
Responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies that elevate the associate experience across the Kroger organization.
Drives the creation, implementation, and adoption of programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Champions continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and impactful communication to enhance engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction through partnership with internal stakeholders and associate feedback.

* 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or operations within a retail or service-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

* Independent decision-making abilities
Desired
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting.
* Any experience in a Kroger Division or Retail Operations role
* Familiarity with grocery retail operations.
* Design and execute strategic initiatives that align the associate experience with Kroger's business goals and Associate Experience strategy, translating vision into tangible outcomes.
* Design and lead programs that promote associate recognition, support well-being, and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
* Collaborate with Associate Experience leadership teams to assess engagement levels and implement improvement plans that drive measurable results.
* Partner with Associate Research teams to facilitate feedback loops through surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions, ensuring that associate voices inform the associate experience strategy.
* Partner cross-functionally with corporate functions to enhance the holistic associate experience in stores, sites, and offices.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in experience design and partner across Associate Experience to scale experience design as a core leadership capability
* Manage high-impact projects that improve the associate experience across retail, business units and corporate functions.
* Travel up to 25% to associate-based sites (division offices, distribution centers, etc.)
* Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
* Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
* Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
* Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
