A Brief Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the

efficient operation of building systems, infrastructure, and equipment.

This role includes hands-on maintenance

work, organizing team efforts, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

What you will do

· Organize and perform maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and prioritize maintenance tasks.

· Diagnose and resolve problems with building systems and equipment.

Guide team members in

addressing complex maintenance issues.

· Act as a resource for team members, providing technical guidance and support.

Coordinate work

assignments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

· Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA, safety regulations, and building codes.

Oversee the

proper functioning of fire safety systems and address safety concerns.

· Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects.

Monitor vendor work to

ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.

· Assist in facility improvement and renovation projects.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment.

· Manage inventory and supplies for maintenance tasks.

Education Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent required (Required) or

· trade school or technical certifications (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

· 4-6 years in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
