The Opportunity
Our Services team serves Schneider Electric's Customer install base across a broad range of segments including hospitals, utilities, data centers and just about everything in-between.
We continue to partner with our growing customer base through various contracts, service arrangements and modernisation solutions.
With a comprehensive product range that encompasses all of Schneider Electric's services, we empower owners, end users, and custodians to minimise breakdowns, enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety, while reducing costs and simplifying operations.
Based in Perth, you'll join a collaborative Services team serving Schneider Electric's install base across hospitals, utilities, data centers and more - partnering through contracts, service arrangements, modernisation and digital solutions.
With an offer portfolio spanning Schneider Electric's services, you'll help owners, end users, and custodians to minimise breakdowns, enhance reliability and efficiency, improve safety, reduce costs, and simplify operations.
You will manage and grow existing customers across our Resources portfolio, including Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM), Utilities, and Energy & Chemicals (E&C), taking a strategic, long-term approach to key accounts as we continue to enjoy an exciting period of growth across markets that are full of opportunity.

* Grow key accounts: Maintain relationships and deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and repeat business.
* Plan and execute: Build an Annual Sales Plan; drive proactive account management; identify new opportunities using digital tools and our asset database to create a robust pipeline.
* Educate and influence: Help customers understand recurring services and emerging digital solutions that lift performance and sustainability.
* Win bids: Provide essential inputs to Tender Teams for accurate quotations and bid proposals.
* Forecast with precision: Align sales forecasts and account planning to key reporting milestones.
* Be there for customers: Travel regularly throughout the WA region to deepen relationships and uncover growth.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven Technical Sales background coupled with experience in a similar position (Account Manager or Business Development Manager), ideally similar Electrical markets
* Strong communication skills, a dedication to relationships and confident in presenting with Impact
