Inside Industrial Territory Sales Engineer
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Inside Industrial Territory Sales Engineer.
In this role you will promote and sell a broad range of technical products, solutions and/or services, work to build and strengthen relationships with regional distribution channels to support end-user and customer needs.
What will you do?
* Lead Schneider Electric Industrial Product sales through our distribution channels to support the customer base.
* Sell Variable Speed Drives, Soft Starts, Control Relays, Signaling, Sensors, Human Machine Interface, Circuit Breakers, Safety Switches and Motor Control products to Acquisition Accounts.
* Train and Leverage Distributor Partners for continued growth.
Ensure sufficient focus on channel counter business and channel inside sales teams.
* Work with Area Channel Managers to execute necessary inventory reviews and all planning / promotion activities with Distributors.
* Execute on Joint sales calls directly and with their channel partners.
* Utilize CRM tool (SalesForce) for customer interactions and opportunity management
What qualifications will make you successful?
* 4 Year Degree or Equivalent
* A proven sales track record
* Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners
* you have established contact and relationships with potential customers and partners
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as written and spoken
