General Manager - HR Systems, Compensation & Benefits
What will you do?

+ Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technology roadmap for Compensation & Rewards aligned with business objectives.
+ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT leaders globally to ensure alignment and adoption.
+ System Implementation & Optimization: Lead implementation and upgrades of compensation systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle), ensuring seamless integration with payroll and HR platforms.
+ Governance & Compliance: Maintain data accuracy, security, and adherence to global/local regulations.
+ Analytics & Insights: Deliver actionable insights on pay equity, market competitiveness, and reward effectiveness through advanced analytics.
+ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and consulting partners, ensuring SLA compliance and cost optimization.
+ Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and solution architects.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ MBA in Information technology preferred.
+ 7+ years of experience in HR technology management or a similar role.
+ Expertise in global compensation practices, pay structures, and compliance.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in technology projects.
+ Proven expertise in implementing and supporting application systems, Analytical systems, performance management systems, compensation or total rewards systems.
+ Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database management, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
+ Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
+ Finance and budgeting experience for projects and programs.
