* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering or related field


* Minimum of three (3) years of project management / analyst experience


* Minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a manufacturing environment


* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience working with Microsoft Office with high skill set focus on Excel, Word and Power-point applications


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform metrics and reports on various data collections.


* Strong problem resolution skills in support of business planning, strategy development / deployment.


* Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

As a project lead you will report to the project manager for Howmet Engines IGT growth initiative, providing project management, procurement and business analyst support for the project.

This position will support the business growth activities for our Industrial Gas Turbine Segment and work closely with key stakeholders in support of the project.
