Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) team supporting strategic priorities in our Equipment, Technology, and Services (ET&S) businesses .

T he IT team is a vital component in KES' strategy to improve business performance through techn ical innovation and profita ble transform ation .

Our team functions as a startup entity within our enterprise to develop innovative solutions and build a market for their solutions through transforming KES work processes.

This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What You Will Do in Your Role



* Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on assigned initiatives.

Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.


* Map, document, and evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and pain points.


* Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects aligned with ET&S strategic priorities.

Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality results.


* Engage stakeholders in adopting process improvements.

Develop and execute communication plans, and monitor impact.


* Use data analysis tools to assess process metrics and track KPIs, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.


* Utilize process modeling software (e.g., Visio), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

Basic Qualifications :



* Proven experience in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation


* Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders


* Solid understanding of change management principles


* Proficiency with process modeling, project management, and data visualization software


* Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive results
