Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: NOC | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, DOE

Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short-term skilled nursing facility conveniently located just off the 60 Freeway, directly across from Chino Valley Medical Center.

Responsibilities


* Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs


* Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections


* Monitor residents' conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care


* Admit and discharge residents as needed


* Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members


* Maintain ongoing communication with residents' families regarding care and condition updates
