About Highland Palms Healthcare Center

Founded in 1968 and dedicated in loving memory of Helen Lamb Frost, Highland Palms Healthcare Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Highland, California.

We specialize in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, providing 24-hour personalized skilled nursing services.

Our mission is to uphold high medical integrity, promote team spirit, and create a warm, homelike environment for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities


* Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and outings


* Provide companionship and supervision as a patient sitter


* Assist residents with mobility and ensure safety during transport


* Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents' families


* Serve as a friendly, reassuring presence throughout the day

Qualifications


* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


* Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred


* Patience, empathy, and a positive, professional attitude


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain

Compensation & Benefits


* Pay range: $17.48 - $18.00 per hour, DOE
