We are seeking a passionate, organized Activity Director to lead a resident-centered program that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

What You'll Do


* Design and lead engaging, resident-focused activity programs tailored to individual interests and needs


* Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar including group events, outings, and in-room activities


* Encourage independence and participation through hobbies, crafts, reading, and self-directed activities


* Supervise and support activity staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams


* Partner with residents, families, and the community to enhance programming and engagement


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations


* Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, surveys, and resident councils

What We're Looking For


* Activity Director certification, or


* Two or more years of experience in long-term care activities, or


* Degree in recreational therapy or a related field such as therapeutic recreation or gerontology


* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


* A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors
