VP - Data Product Specialist

As a Product Vice President in Card Data Product, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers and partners.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Core Data Products pillar on the Credit Card Data Product team.
This role presents the opportunity to drive strategy and implementations of analytical data products for our businesses and customers that can improve our businesses insights and ability to serve our customers.
You will be able to drive new Core Data Products in the Lake based on understanding the business strategy, and customers needs.
Job Responsibilities
* Define the product roadmap, vision, development, execution and risk management and effectively communicate the business outcomes the roadmap is intended to facilitate
* Coaches and mentors the Core Business Data Product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods.
Helps uplift the team to develop a product mindset to help tell a story of the importance of data, the generative AI solutions and how drives business outcomes and enhancing our customers experience.
* Partner with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions and generative AI solutions.
* Ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and connect findings to business strategy, highlighting the importance of data quality and centralized data management in a data lake.
* Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
* Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives .
* Lead modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures such as AWS and Data Lake.
* Develops a strong partnership with Stakeholders; communicating product updates, influencing the importance of data to the organization, progress and strategy to stakeholders; including executives and customers.
* Experience in API-first product design, data governance, and real-time data processing.
* Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale data products with measurable business outcomes.
* Hands-on exposure to tools such as Snowflake and can dive into the detail.
