🧠 What You'll Be Doing


* Leading and supporting nursing staff with clarity, empathy, and high standards


* Overseeing infection prevention and control programs (policies, audits, surveillance)


* Educating staff on best practices (hand hygiene is your love language)


* Monitoring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations


* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to keep residents safe and healthy


* Being the calm, knowledgeable voice when things get complicated

* Licensed RN or LPN (required)


* Experience in nursing leadership and infection prevention (LTC experience a big plus)


* Strong knowledge of CDC, CMS, and state regulations


* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
