Talent Acquisition Partner H/F

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy France team!
This team is part of our broader Talent Acquisition Europe organization and is responsible for recruiting all our future permanent employees, aligned with our skills development objectives.
Your Responsibilities


* You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of both internal and external positions.


* You act as a strategic advisor by defining the recruitment strategy to address business needs, including the provision of market insights.


* You oversee and coordinate the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, shortlisting, participation in final selection, salary proposal).


* You serve as the key point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and HR throughout the recruitment process.


* You recruit for a wide range of roles aligned with the specific needs of the entities you support.


* You ensure a positive candidate experience and actively promote our employer brand across our ecosystems.


* You use proactive and creative approaches to build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates through various sourcing channels (networks, job boards, social media, university relations, etc.).


* You contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, working collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition & Development team.


* You represent our employer brand and act as the key account manager for one of our target schools.

Your Profile ?


* Master's degree in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.


* At least 5 years of recruitment experience (in an agency or in-house), giving you strong knowledge of technical R&D profiles (electromechanics, electronics, embedded software...), the job market, and sourcing channels.


* Hands-on experience with one or more applicant tracking and recruitment platforms.


* Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, CV databases.


* Client-focused mindset and strong adaptability.


* Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, assertiveness, and collaboration.


* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


* Fluency in both English and French is mandatory (written and spoken).

This position is based in Grenoble (Rueil-Malmaison possible).
