Plant Project Controller, Seneca
Schneider Electric has an onsite opportunity (5 days a week) for a Plant Project Controller to be based in Columbia or Seneca, SC North America GSC ETO plants.
The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence - remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week.
The role will provide onsite and remote support for both of the South Carolina ETO plants, with periodic travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Plant Project Management to drive visibility and performance of project and order results.
* Develop and implement project-controlling processes including cost variances, statutory insights, and order-level controlling.
* Collaborate across North America Operations and NAM GSC to advance project-controlling transformation.
* Support end-to-end project analysis and feedback cycles for GSC operations and Power Systems commercial teams.
* Own Finance Business Partner role deliverables with emphasis on CSC, labor, and freight for project-related activities.
* Support internal controls and compliance, including monthly KIC cross-audits and lifecycle controls.
* Conduct variance analysis of estimates, actuals, and forecasts; present insights to guide business decisions.
* Support inventory control (E&O, cycle counts, WIP analysis) and project-related inventory impacts.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred.
* Minimum 2+ years of progressive manufacturing-controlling or related financial experience.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, SQL, with ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and converting large datasets into reliable managerial insights.
