Description of the position:

IMPACT starts with us: HR Administration Specialist with French is responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and facilitating effective communication within the HR team.

This role requires proficiency in both English and French and involves handling sensitive employee information while contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

Location & Commitments:


* full time job, contract for 12 months


* Warsaw (office Konstruktorska street)


* hybrid model (2x/week from the office)

Your IMPACT:


* Manage and maintain HR records, databases, and personnel files.


* Process HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding, benefits, and data updates.


* Coordinate and assist with employee offboarding processes.


* Handle confidential employee information in line with GDPR.


* Collaborate with HR team for smooth HR processes and procedures.


* Support HR projects, policy development, and system enhancements.


* Assist with HR software implementation and maintenance.


* Generate and analyze HR reports, ensuring data accurace.


* Stay updated on employment laws, ensuring compliance.


* Demonstrate leadership potential and coordinate HR activities in a dedicated region.

Your Profile:


* Experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of HR processes and best practices.


* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


* Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a coordination role.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different regions.

Languages:


* Fluency in English and French
