Project Manager - Information Systems
Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of technology initiatives supporting our rapidly growing healthcare organization.
This role oversees IS, cybersecurity, and business-expansion projects, partnering closely with leadership to prioritize work and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Location: Vancouver WA.
Must be a resident of WA or OR
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Hiring Range: $110,000/yr to $145,000/yr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
* Coordinate across IS teams, clinic operations, business departments, and vendors.
* Lead SCRUM ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in PM processes.
* Maintain and evolve the IS project portfolio, including roadmaps, dependencies, and prioritization.
* Support charter development and ensure delivery of high-quality technical and business outcomes.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and influence in technology solution design.
Education, Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* 10+ years in project or portfolio management within fast-growing IT environments required.
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with IT networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, DR, and healthcare environments.
* PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
Pay Range:
$107,740.00 - $161,610.00
