Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team full-time! If you're passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability


* Document treatment progress and patient outcomes accurately


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals


* Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and safety


* Maintain compliance with all state and facility policies

What We're Looking For


* Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing


* Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach


* Excellent communication and teamwork


* Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute setting preferred (but not required)


* Reliable, professional, and motivated to make a difference
