Product Manager, Vice President - Rewards

As a Product in the Card Co-Brand Rewards team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the next generation of Chase Rewards.
You will be accountable for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the Rewards Customer Experience.
This includes championing the voice of the customer, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, engaging, and delivers meaningful value.
You will drive the planning, sequencing and implementation of these initiatives to drive end-state transformation based on value, impact and time to market.
You will also manage a cross-functional team of stakeholders to develop an implementation plan, analyze potential risks/benefits, work with your business partners to determine the best solutions, and drive your project through completion.
Strong data and analytical skills and effective communication skills will make you successful in this role.
The perfect candidate will have experience in both Agile Product Delivery and implementing fast paced strategic business priorities to market within highly matrixed organizations.

Job responsibilities
• Define product strategy and vision focused on customer value.
• Conduct discovery and market research to inform the product roadmap.
• Manage and refine the product backlog to support strategic goals.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability).
• Create and execute project plans to meet technical needs and deadlines.
• Lead technical and product initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Run project breakdowns, align plans with roadmaps, and escalate risks.
• Maintain project management tool hygiene and accurate documentation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
