As an Analytics Leader in Consumer Financial Services, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing insights and recommendations that drive business transformation.

You will lead a team of analytics professionals, develop and execute an analytics roadmap, and oversee the design and implementation of projects leveraging data and GenAI technologies.

Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 10+ years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of leading transformation and driving business impact.


* Experience managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.


* Experience leveraging GenAI or advanced analytics technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.


* Strong background in consumer financial services, with knowledge of industry dynamics, product design, segmentation, and regulatory considerations.
