Description & Requirements

Maximus is hiring for the Senior Clinical Program Manager (Registered Nurse) for the MA EOHHS Program which provides essential clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered assessments across Massachusetts.

This role oversees a team of registered nurses conducting in‑person evaluations, ensuring all assessments meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence‑based clinical guidelines.

The Senior Clinical Program Manager is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, coaching and developing nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance workflow efficiency and patient outcomes.

The position monitors key quality and safety metrics, implements corrective actions when needed, supports hiring and onboarding of nursing staff, and serves as the primary clinical escalation point for complex cases.

This leadership role is integral to maintaining clinical excellence and supporting the mission of the MA EOHHS program.
