Deputy Manager - Engineering

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer with a background in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related fields.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, instrumentation systems, or control engineering.

This role involves supporting project execution, system integration, commissioning, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in the design, development, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems.


* Participate in commissioning activities and ensure systems meet performance specifications.


* Prepare and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and datasheets.


* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.


* Provide technical support during FAT/SAT and customer interactions.


* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in system design and project delivery.

Required Qualifications:



* Bachelor's in Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or any other relevant fields.


* Minimum 1 and maximum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems.


* Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation.


* Basic understanding of control loops, P&IDs, and process control strategies.


* Should aware of industry standards and practices (e.g., ISA standards) that apply to control system design.


* Hands-on experience with industrial networking protocols and topologies.


* Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools (AutoCAD, etc.).


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
