We are seeking a reliable, organized, and service-driven Part-Time HR Local to support our skilled nursing facility in Porterville, CA.

Position Overview:
The HR Local will assist with daily human resources functions, employee onboarding, compliance, and general administrative support.

This part-time role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including background checks and new hire paperwork


* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records


* Track licenses, certifications, and in-service trainings


* Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and employee inquiries


* Help facilitate employee engagement activities and events


* Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations


* Collaborate with the regional HR and payroll teams as needed

Qualifications:


* Prior HR or administrative experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


* Excellent verbal and written communication


* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism


* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

Pay Rate:
Starting at $26/hour (Part-Time)
