100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

No weekends or holidays.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

As an RN Clinic Supervisor in our Oncology Clinics, you'll provide leadership while making a meaningful difference for patients with cancer and hematologic conditions.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:


* Partner with the RN Clinic Manager to support daily clinic operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.


* Assist with day-to-day clinic operations and patient care coordination.


* Supervise and support a skilled, collaborative clinical team.


* Promote continuing education and evidence-based nursing practice.


* Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines.


* Support safe, efficient, and cost-effective care delivery.


* Lead teams caring for patients receiving advanced therapies, including chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T cell therapy.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience



* 2 years of RN experience Required


* 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* RN licensed in the state where employed Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
