Regional Sales Manager - Midwest

About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across an assigned geographic territory.

You'll partner with distributors and end-user customers to grow revenue, expand market presence, and achieve margin goals.

This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, being on the road, and delivering results.

What You'll Do


* Manage and grow relationships with regional distributors and end-user customers


* Own and develop the assigned account base within the territory


* Achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets


* Identify and pursue new business opportunities


* Monitor competitive activity and market trends


* Plan, track, and report sales activity using CRM tools


* Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs and sales objectives


* Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within Salesforce

What We're Looking For


* 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, paper, or specialty distribution


* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills


* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and margin goals


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)


* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently


* Bachelor's degree preferred


* Ability to travel up to 50%
